I should start by saying that as soon as I realized there was a problem, I was worried. Usually customer service on products such as these can be iffy. I sent a message through eBay and within 10 minutes and without questioning I was told I would have a power cord in the mail tomorrow(though it will be delayed im sure due to the holidays). Excellent customer service to the point where the amount of frustration I felt was almost completely relieved. If I leave the room I almost forget about it
