Depending on your aquascape 2 mp40 should be golden. Gyre pumps are also very nice with a wide flow range. I had my gyre 130 in my 75 with a mp40 and the flow was awesome. My 60 cube now uses a gyre 130 and a mp20. Wanted the wide band of a mp40 but tuned down power. Super happy with both pump brands/types

I have a pair of MP40s on a standard 75g; right now that are running about 3/4 max flow and my sand isn't moving. Compared to the Jebao PP8s they replaced, the MP40s are very noisy as well. They've only been on the tank a few hours at this point but for the cost, I don't think they offer much in the bang for the buck department.

Sometimes you have to turn them onto constant flow mode, high flow to center them just right if some correctly shouldn't be to loud. I have 1 that is probably 5-7 years old with all original parts and still works perfect. My skimmer is louder

Go for it !
See how it works if it doesn't then switch it out. On the bare bottom you could run it closer to the bottom and adjust the pump . If I had 2 mp 60 I would try to get them hooked up on a 75.
Good luck
