Got this little bleached frag of WD. It's been in about 650-700 par for the last 6 months and has turned almost completely pink with orange polyps.

It’s mostly bluish green if kept under low lights and pink yellow in very high lights. Mine is a blueish base with greenish yellow polyps with a very light pinkish highlight you can barley see until a yellow filter is used. Very lights and paramiter dependent coral for sure.

I have been looking on the internet for this coral for about 9 months. Looking for deal that is. I have seen frags from 120 to 300. Most of the pictures I have seen are from actinic lighting. The pictures I see from daylight pics, the coral doesn't have that pow, that lured me in.

For those that have purchased this coral. does it look like most of the actinic pics on the net, or is it more subdue? Just trying to figure out if I wan to purchase one.

Thanks
Looks like the actincis pics. The hard part to see is the pink. The yellow polpys glow either way purple is vibrant. The pink tips is what is hard to see

Yes he is the originator of that piece. No one really sells chunks you have to grow them out yourself.
I seen some nice frags here just wondering,

Lot's of flow and light mainly! I have kessils and an 8 bulb Giesmann for light and lot's of flow. I feed LRS reef frenzy for fish and corals get that benefit. Occasionally I feed reef chilli from BRS or reefroids. (One or the other, once or twice per week).

I'm very happy with the growth, purchased 10/28/17. My frag came from Cherry Corals, which I assume came from WWC or Mike (Big R corals) but didn't specifically ask.
