vpn=virtual private network, its a technology to try and keep your online presence private, essentially. Many uses though, but for this discussion thats probably the most used reason.

Basically incognito hides your activity from other people using your device.

vpn hides it from everyone outside your device (ie the internet). Technically not entirely true, but for most of us normal people it works.

What actions are you all doing to replicate this?

Are you trying to reply to a thread, view a thread, all of the above etc?

Just simply Logging In prompts the oops . I refresh at least three times then sometimes after logging in get the Encrypted appearing Post . Even the spell correct acts up showing no suggestions

The error has thankfully stopped for me

For me its connected with VPN. And its a huge problem. I have a VPN service that can use different servers in different countries and when this dam thing started its helped to use an US server - but today not - and forget servers outside the US. You have to switch between US servers - sometimes one work - sometime another. The most irritating thing is that pictures does not load and when you have written something and try to publish it - ops we run into problems. With the pictures - it has been worse. Using Chrome

I have a VPN service that can use different servers in different countries and when this dam thing started its helped to use an US server - but today not - and forget servers outside the US. I simply turn my VPN off, However Still have the issues . Can you not turn yours off? If I have mine on I cant even log in. It was like this long before the present issues. It has gotten better and refreshing 5 times helps with the glitches that occur when I am past the original log in issues. I have found that dragging your photo out of the bottom of your " pictures " frame swooping under and up into the loading frame helps a lot. In the past it was like brain surgery to place it in that frame. I am assuming that you are using a laptop, or PC. I dont have the eyes to use my phone for this site. I believe it is a plot against us by the Younger generation. Even when I worked 15 years ago . The IT guys were so Patronizing when we got new phones and had to transfer info from one to another. Something a trained monkey could do once its shown. One guy got under my skin, so I told him that I had to spend every Saturday fixing my PC, because my three children would download , and install every " program " that the internet hackers would tell them it was essential. Remember those days when all this security was not needed? I most times had to format it which would take all day. They should imprison them for 25 years instead of offering them security jobs with high salaries. They probably work both sides of the fence.

I just turn mine off when I am on this site. I enjoy all the Aquarium adds I get after
