I use them to ship hammer's and lords everytime i do it. It prevents them from breaking open the bag as easy.

On my zoa packages they came shipped with a plastic bag in the bag to keep the water from swooshing and frag from flying around in the bag.... looked alot better then my 5 frags of rics that came in all shipped in one bag with 1/2gal of air in the bag.
