What are these? Maybe eggs

These are on the front corner of my tank. Are they snail eggs or something else. I am clueless and curious. Thanks

Yes, definitely eggs and most likely from Snails though that is a whole lot of them and sort of unique laying pattern.

Do you happen to have Nassarius Snails ? Deff look like Nassarius Snail eggs.
 
Mine just laid some as well. I caught them in the ack, that's how I knew what they were. Lol
