I have only feed with frozen food in my present aquarium. My fish have grown slow but healthy.

What’s LRS?so I feed 3 cubes of frozen, blood worms, brine shrimps and mysis 1 of each, thawed out in about 1 cup of tank water every other night. on the other night I feed approximately 1 1/2 TBS of R.O.E. eggs also in a cup of tank water. these are neither dry nor frozen. I feed most of this over a 4 hour period using a turkey baster. (if you use a turkey baster to feed, you will never need a fish trap to catch a problematic fish).
the rest is left in the container until the next morning when I feed it to my dendro and my sun colony.
the wife feed the fish pellets on occasion.
I'm usually good for two weird bacterial and two algae outbreaks a year.
lol, I kept rereading my post, not knowing what you are asking. What’s LRS?
LRS - I am kinda surprised they don't market it more as coral food too since they generally have a pretty good marketing program but add it to your tank and watch your LPS turn nearly inside out. If you crush it up there are tons of tiny particles that nearly any sized coral polyp can and will consume.
Once a week I mix about 1-2 cups of water with a big chunk of LRS along with various coral foods and target feed everything in my tank.
Look at the little discosoma mushrooms reaction on the left.
