I am thinking of switching to an anemone only tank with Bubble tips, carpets, and mini carpets. What fish can I keep? Clowns? Other damsels?

Domino damsels will be safe with carpets usually. Sexy shrimp and porcelain crabs are fun to watch with anemones as well.

Hovering fish, like cardinals, are less likely to be eaten. Clownfish and maybe some domino damsels, and other hosting fish that should be completely safe, are probably your best bet.

Depending on tank size, you may be able to keep 2 pairs of clownfish, of 2 different species. Clarkiis, pink skunks, and the like are good options to go alongside the more classic ocellaris or perculas.
(Do double-check how much space they'd need for that to work, I don't remember off the top of my head. And don't try it with maroons- maroons are best kept as the only fish in the tank, unless everything else is also large and tough.)
