What % for new led lights?

Just put my new Current USA Orbits 36"-48" led light. I was running generic flouresent white and blue before. What % should I ramp up to to start and for how long. I have them set for 25 min and 30 max. 15 min sunset and sunrise with 1hr moon. Thanks in advance.
