Whats going on with my leather?

Woke up to find this.. Two wierd white "creases" on one of my toadstools. What do you think it could be from? It is open and seems healthy, maybe its growing?

No clue. Looks like something stung or ate it. Do you see anything on the leathers that could be eating it like a nudi?
 
Leathers drop off sections as they grow and form new ones, they could be getting ready to drop off.
 
I did see a wierd black worm last night right after feeding, never seen it before. Looked like a bristle worm but it was black. It wasnt very big maybe 1/8" in dia.
 
Watch and see if it's on your leather. Maybe look on underside of the cap and see if you see anything.
 
Update: Went away for the holidays and came home to this:
