He was in QT for over 20 days going through cupramine and metro in case maybe internal parasites?

Fins are bitten up and fish seems to be intimidated. Try isolating and see if behavior changes and figure out who is biting its fins

I agree - the fish has bitten lower fins and is thin. Some other fish in the tank is intimidating it and keeping it at the surface. Tangs do not often develop swim bladder issues.

Fish, when scared - as already mentioned tend to stay up in the corners of the tank. That said, your quarantine protocol was not adequate, and I would carefully watch for any evidence for disease, as the fish is obviously highly stressed

Took the powderblue out of general population and added to a 120lt QT set up (together with a nelon butterfly that jyst arrived few days ago)
Tank is at a daily 50% water change regime during a general antibiotic (the green color...its called "AQUATIC B") (more specific antibiotics are impossable to get here in Thailand) and metrodinazole
Wound under his face is quit substantial but as you can see he is still dabing his top fin out of the water like a shark.....
