Worm-looking spider in my sand?

Was blowing my sandbed today and noticed this work with long tentacles, red/orange with black dots. Also attached to the bottom of my rock. Anyone know what this is and how to deal with it?

Phew! thank god I was so worried. Do you know what to do if their tentacles get too close to the corals? TIA

Do they look like this actually they are hair worms. What I have read a spaghetti worm is a terebellidae species and the hair worms are the cirratulid species.

These are totally harmless and consume uneaten food and detritus.
