The source is clear to me: I got them from the shop where I bought everything.
They have Dinos and I got them with my very first corals.

They’re such a pain to get rid of. I started water changes at the end of day 6. And if I saw a bubble or a small patch starting, I’d quickly siphon it out.The source is clear to me: I got them from the shop where I bought everything.

That would be a good thread for you. Detail the make/model of your light and your light values, and get others opinions on how to schedule your lighting. Tightening that up might help a ton!
I was thinking of posting an entirely new thread in lighting, asking how others run their Red Sea reefs (how many hours, ramping, etc.) or you could search before you post, there might be an existing thread you could browse through. Are you referring to a particular thread? Because that link is missing.
I detailed the LED in the Thread start: I have two Red Sea ReefLed 90s attached to the tank.
actually, what I could see of the cell movement, it looked like it wasn't ostreopsis.@taricha does the video help a bit to identify them as ostreopsis?
