Yeah had him add the spare heater and there’s a big wavemaker. Thanks though!
Good luck!
Hopefully everything makes it :)

Photos from the Minneapolis zoo. I think the "Zebra" shark (one of the worst common names, I'd suggest Cheetah shark) is one of my favorite creatures. Its just so beautiful.

Also cowfish are funny, I couldn't deny this CBB was beautiful, but not as much as the leafy sea dragon.

Got home late and am dreading the amount of work I have to do tomorrow. Though I don’t see any loss I am worried about my more sensitive corals.

Look who was ready to greet me though!

Is that bird poop in your tank!? How did you manage that to happen while you were gone!?

It’s a porcelain crab right? Nice! Is he hosted by anything or does he just cruise?

I’m guessing you’re referring to the scrapping of the urchins turning the rock white?

Yep and yeah he just cruises. Wanted him to host the red RFA but nah he goes his own way.

I won’t lie, I totally missed that crab, I kept looking at the cave to see if there was an eye

So damage report. I don't think I can really complain. All fish appear healthy as do all inverts and the vast majority of corals. I do need to get my salinity back in check but otherwise things seem pretty great.
The timor wrasse I think has over eaten:

However you may notice I've almost lost a coral. The green goniopora was already looking unhappy before I left and has now bailed most of its polyps. This will be my second frag of Goni's to bail, the other happening several months ago to a much more expspensive red one. My other goniopora, alveopora, and bernardpora (which seems to not even care if it spends days or weeks half buried in the sand) all look great though. The other casualty is another coral that also looked unhappy before the trip; my orange plate coral. It has started to strip and expose skeleton. I have moved it to a darker corner of the tank.

edit: if you use any of these, not the cloves...
So do I just stick them in or should I cook them?
I'm thinking a chickpea curry over rice with a fruit salad for dessert. How spicy does a goni like?

Yeah I've heard they need manganese?? But then I'd need to find manganese and know how much to dose.
And iodine. Be careful with the manganese if you can't test for it.
