At work I have a grinder and two coffees that are from a local roaster that I adore! At home I also grind my own sometimes. I like it much better but don't always take time to do it.

I found so many different methods over the years. I found distilled water works best and pre-soaking the grind for ~30 seconds makes a big difference.

Just wanted to give a quick update. About an hour after this post, the heads were fully open again and all was well in reefville.
Great to hear, pictures?

If you were a true snob you'd roast your own Ethiopian Yirgacheffe like I did for several years.

Thank you I will try that I have never tried to soak it before brewing.

I love using a French press but never have time in the morning to do it. A rare delight! I wish I could brew coffee at work! As soon as Milwaukee makes a battery power coffee maker I'll be set! Lol

He's got great prices on corals even when they aren't on sale. I am trying hard to wait on buying more other than what I've already ordered for my pico setup until I can get at least mostly rid of the GHA I'm battling.
I can’t wait to oorder some sps sticks from him
