- I also have a brittle star and serpent star. 2 Mexican turbos, nasarius snails, and trochus. Also would love to get some hammers or octos going but always struggled. However my tank has never been this healthy when I tried them. Any tips for them?

- Hermit crabs. Put one blue legged hermit in my tank and watched him kill snails all the time for their shell. Maybe if I had extra shells for him it would’ve helped but I’m still burnt.

- What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
- Patience. I’ve delt with Dino’s algae and diatoms. And I’m sure I will again. But keeping the tank stable even if water parameters weren’t perfect usually fixed my problems over time. I don’t chase perfection, I am way too lazy for that.
