I've had this 3 gallon cube sitting around in my house forever and I randomly got the idea to turn it into a mini tank maybe for hermits and some frags? But I just wanted to see if anyone else had any ideas, or if it's even plausible. The smallest saltwater tank I've ever had is my 29 while the largest being a 75, but since I already check my levels every other day for all my tanks I figured I could handle the upkeep of a very tiny tank. Plus I think it'd just look adorable to have a tiny little tank.

3g is pretty small. Maybe a trimma or eviota goby...

I'm not even that interested in having fish in that tank! Just trying to think of what coral frags and shrimp/hermits could do best in there

Tiny invert tanks rock! I would suggest some bumblebee shrimp and a fancy hermit (Halloween, blue knuckle, scarlet, starry, whatever).

Cute ideas thank you!! I'm excited to start getting it going :)

If only corals and inverts, look at Periclemines shrimp, squat lobsters, a sexy shrimp.

I like the idea of the pompom crabs...

I think it would be better to make it a sexy shrimp disco - lights & disco ball, a little B Gees music.
