Confirmed gsp can survive "no light" in a sump

Also wonder how long the UV bulb has been burnt out. Probably going to uninstall it for now.

Update on the UV sterilizer....

Jebao cw-55, got it opened up, not sure if the bulb burnt out, or the connection got wet and shorted.... there is some rust on the bulb pins. Anyway to verify the plug end is getting power at pins still?

the socket is 4 pin, i guess i need to just test continuity between 2 of the pins? I guess that was my question. If anyone knew before I just went and did it.

the bulb is a U shape, maybe its live neutral live neutral?

I think it's cooked. Nothing showing up when I connect any pin to pin.

No longer running UV but had the pump there. So now it just churns water in the last chamber of the sump.

Hydros/Trident/Reef Factory is confusing.... Idk what pieces I need to monitor PH, ORP (dont really care) , Salinity (dont really care)
