Not a ton, but i do notice it was worse today after feeding powder foods; reef roids, and various others.

I will not be feeding those for awhile. NPS should be ok with just fish poop for now hopefully

UV has been changed to 24/7

Drastic difference in visible par and that's on 50% acclimating mode

All for Reef for trace and calcium bump
Lots of media
300gallon+ for mistakes

Since adding lights some observations- 10 days in

Acros are growing faster
Color is better
Polyps during day arent as pronounced
- I think this is the biggest development and makes alot of sense. Some have described this behavior as feeding at night. But i think its because the par is higher and they are able to get most of the energy needed from the lights. Rather than needing it from the water column.


LPS can take a lot more par and flow than people think. Zero beats skipped so far for the Torches which are right next to the sps.

Wanting to re rent the par meter here soon and retest and see where I am at. Currently have 4 days left in acclimation so we are only at 80% or so power.
