I have been a member on here for a while and I don’t think that I ever started a tank thread. I guess it’s from a little bit of intimidation from all the awesome high roller tanks that are on here.

Well here is my try at having a successful mixed reef tank.

Some details before pictures.
The system has been running for about 1 year. It started out as an SPS only tank but since then I have added a bunch of LPS and Zoanthids.
This past July I almost lost all my SPS due to a breaker tripping while I was on vacation. Since then I added a dedicated line/circuit.

Equipment:
75g tank with 55g sump/fuge
Skimmer: ATB 840 v1.5
1 x MP40wES (Want to add another one)
1 x Tunze 6045
Deltec PF601
Deltec KM500
Neptune Apex Controller
Icecap Illumination MH/T5/LED fixture.

Here are some pictures.

These are a few of my chalice collection.
Some of them were really brown when I got them.

Thank you.
It has been an up and down battle with that chalice. But it made it and it's doing great.

J thanks for the bloodshot. It is settling in nicely. I'll transfer it to my rock work in about a week.

Looking really good! What did you change about your photo's? The recent pic's look much better than the first ones?

yeah man. Huge difference. The number of pictures that I have to snap to get a decent one has gone down big time.
It's going to get even better when I get my macro lense. Also, I'm planning on taking a course on photography just to get the basics down.
