AI 32HD issues

I got this off of a trade… first it would flash red and white, knowing this is something with the fan wiring. After a minute of fooling with it I can get the light on.

Well come to this now, the light was unresponsive on the myAI app after saying it was connected and so I disabled the power with my apex and now this light?

It’s like it’s an orange or a peach color?? What does this mean and how do I fix it?

Red and white on these lights usually means a firmware update needed. I hope you didn't disconnect power to it while it was updating via the app...

I didn’t, every time it’s connected it has said that the firmware is up to date.

I will also add, it did work before this. I just think it’s something internal.

Try calling AI and see if they can walk you through the troubleshooting process.
I can help with the repair if they determine you have a hardware problem.
