I have six ai prime lights on my 220 and I tried to add one more and it keeps showing an un known error and now I have two of my other lights won't come on and all three indicator lights are on glowing green what can my problem be I have them all plugged into one surge protector

I connect to my AI Prime HD light via bluetooth (through the app). The protocol is bluetooth. There is a limit in iOS as to the number of Bluetooth devices you can connect to at one time. While I don't have a iOS device to play with I suspect this might be causing the issue. How many bluetooth devices are you connected to currently if you brought up your BT device list in your phone?
