AI prime hd night settings

Hello fellow reefers,

Just recently upgraded the stock light on my Fluval m40 to a AI prime hd. What are the best settings for night time? Currently running 3% blue from 10pm to 10.30am, is this ok or is it best to completely turn off the light at night?

I personally have the lights off at night but in all the signature light settings they run their blue at like 2 or 3 overnight
