Who has purchased the new AI Prime? I got mine yesterday for my 29 BioCube frag tank. There isn't any stock lightening schedules. All the spectrum colors are set to 60%. What are some of the schedules that you all are running? My LFS gave me their schedule from their 52's, should that work as a goog starting point? This is my first LED fixture that the individual colors can be adjusted. I understand that it is personal taste, but the way the Prime comes out of the box is a horrible white.

Lets share some schedules for the Prime.

this is what i currently have mine at. this is a 10hr schedule. been running it for a month now. corals show full color and great growth.
What types of corals do you have under them? How high up is your light from the water surface and to the substrate?

I bought the Prime Ai light about a week ago it is 10 inches above the water I have a 29 gallon BioCube reef tank which has been up since 2004. It has live rock, pool sand, one blue chromis, one blue velvet damsel, one spotted hawk, clean up crew, brittle star & no shrimp. I have mushrooms and polyps This light was difficult to figure out in part because it lacked allot of how to information . YouTube videos helped quite a bit not only in how to put it together but how to set up the lighting schedule using my iPhone and hard wired computer . Mine current set up is Luna 10:00pm-2:00am DB 3,UV2,B1,G1,V0, CW0. Day schedule 8:00am-7pm Red 17, UV100, DB 100,Violet 100,CW 51,Green 17, B 100.

One of the easiest ways ive found to set it to your taste is to use your computer and select the color wheel and change it in kelvins, you can go all the way to 20+ kelvin and do an easy setup for your sunrise and sunset ramp times.

I think the initial problems I was having were because for some reason my computer and phone were not on the same page. Even though I was able to adjust the color using my phone my computer was not in sync so I had to reset the parameters which was super frustrating. Tonight I actually see a different display on my phone which is what it should have been from the start. Thanks for the tip I will have to try that..

Yea its a little tricky at first but once you get use to it you can really dial these lights in, In my opinion better than my 52's
