Any Local Scuba Divers?

I have a lost fishing pole in Lake Geneva WI. in 13.5 feet of water and I want it back. I'm going to try the line and snagging method first.

Can you see it??? Buy a cheap mask and dive in, 13.5' should be easy to get to. I would think it would be more cost effective to buy a new rod and reel than have a scuba diver come up and rescue it.
