Apex not connected to fusion

Just received a message that apex is not connected to fusion. How do you reboot Apex? Local cable company came and messed around with our modem and all WiFigadgets We have had to be reset. Apex appears to be running the tank. Help

I just purchased a pair of gen 3 radions. I would like them to run the same settings as the previous owner. Is there anything I need to do to have that happen or do the lights just store those settings? I don’t own a reef link. I only have an iPad right now so I’m unable to connect to echotech live.
