App doesn't function properly

So my phone will give me a notification that I have new comments on threads I'm following, I'll click on the notification and the so opens to the alerts page and there's nothing new there. No matter how many times I try and refresh the page. I can open the browser, log in and go to my alerts and it'll be full of new comments and likes.

Anyone else find the mobile app a complete waste of space?

Are you going thru tapatalk or using R2R's own. I know they are tied in somehow, but I prefer doing thru R2R.

Haven't used tapatalk, not sure exactly what that is but I've heard of it. I'm using the mobile app for R2R from the play store. One other problem I have is every time I try and click on a story from Facebook, the mobile app opens and never pulls up the story that was shared. It just goes to the unread threads screen. It's almost completely unusable for me.

I'm not a phone... But I am upgrading my 2 year old Motorola Droid Turbo to a Samsung Galaxy S8+ tomorrow.

Just an FYI, my app is working properly this morning. Notifications are current and time on them is as well.

App notifications are back to not updating properly. My last update was July 24th and some should be everyday... @revhtree

Ive quit using the app. Its maintained by some 3rd party goof offs... just use mobile webpage.
