I had to tear this tank down last April or so to fix the leak in the rim. It had been running about a year and doing ok not great. So this was a chance for me to change a few things up as well. I finally got around to doing the rockwork over the weekend, snapped some pics and here we are :)

So here is my silicon job on the rim. I used a few razor blades and removed as much of the black silicon as I could get to between the plastic rim and the glass. Then I applied the silicon all the way around the rim. I had tried to just do the side that leaked with no luck

Running an Eheim 1048 for the return instead of the MJ1200 I had. So much quieter!

I'm running a Jebao WP25 for flow and reduced the voltage with a laptop power supply. At 12-15v the flow is perfect.

For lighting I swapped the stock lighting for an Aquastyleonline.com kit and really like it

Here is what I came up with for aquascape

For livestock I have added some zoas from my frag tank and a couple tiny SPS, an Oregon tort and red dragon.

My biocube is chugging right along. My pygmy wrasse jumped into the rear chamber with the return pump and got sucked into the intake :( I found another little one at my LFS so he's the only fish in the tank. I made a fence so there won't be anymore jumping. I also removed the lid so I could install 2 cyan bulbs in place of the 2 UV bulbs that burnt out. I have my 4-24" T5 fixture over it for the mean time, and I gotta say I love the color of ATI T5s!

Here are the cyan bulbs installed

Nice work. Question on your Jebao power supply, what kind of laptop power supply did you use? I have a Jebao WP-10 and I want to knock the power down from 24v to 12v.

Thanks!
