Hi and thanks in advance,
I'm currently running a 125g tank hopefully turning it into a reef, i have a fiji 30 sump, AFR 20 roller filter and a aquamaxx skimmer, inkbird temp controller with two 300watt heaters and a 25watt uv light. Any advice for a better future tank? Been doing a lot of research but that could be overwhelming sometimes. My tanks is 7 weeks old by the way ph, ammonia, nitrite and nitrate are all normal. What this little palm looking things are on the red algae rock?

Currently have 2 clown fish, a fox face, a bristletooth tank, 2 chromic fish, cleaner shrimp a lots of snails, one emerald crab and 10 hermit crabs

Welcome. It looks like everybody missed your questions. (Unless I missed the answer lol)

Those are feather dusters and they are considered friends. It's possible that they annoy a coral if they are actually touching but mostly, you leave them alone.

Lol it's ok, thanks didn't know if they needed to be removed. Unfortunately i bought the live rocks from a friend who was trying to get rid of them. Did not know any better, now i know about not getting anything from someone else tank. Reef2reef has so much information, now i don't know what kind of critters i have now, thank you for answering my question trying very hard to get everything right.
