That was kind of what I was thinking, I have been fighting the urge to grab it to get a better look but my general rule is to leave stuff alone unless it is bad. If I do move it I will post a better picture.

Have one awfully similar, seen for last 9 months or so.... Harmless so far... Agree with Vette..
