Clownfish possible uronema

I have had this clownfish in my main display tank with 2 tangs and some chromis for a year or so. This spot is a bit light red ish when in white light. All chromis are totally good. I’m not sure if this is a cut or uronema. It has been in captivity for like 3 years I think. It has a similar spot to this a week ago but it healed and left a black scar

Clownfish rarely if ever get uronema and this mark is consistent with an injury which has become bruised. While it should heal on its own, keep an eye on it for healing and not becoming red or sore. If it does, treat in separate container with Seachem Neoplex

I’ve only had a couple of reported cases of clownfish with Uronema, and always freshly imported fish.

There is a syndrome of unknown cause that can create symptoms like this:
