Clownfish Upside down?

This is not a proper diet. With other two doing well, Observe them as after 3 months, this is not a matter of quarantine but rather husbandry. Add foods to diet such as LRS fish frenzy, plankton and even flakes such as Formula one. The weight loss can be as simple as aggression in which one or both clowns are depriving it of eating often associated with clownfish hierarchy in which one will steal all the food. chase it and push the fish to a corner of tank
Thanks for the advice.

The clown in the video was definitely the less dominant one. The other clown would be very territorial towards him

Suspect cause and now makes sense

Update: Tried to feed him but not really interested. Would syringe feeding help to give him more energy?

As already said - this fish is extremely sick/moribund - it is unlikely to recover - the question In my mind is 'why' - and could it affect others in the tank.

I do believe that the clown was a victim of aggression - however - it could have been part of the problem. However - of course aggression between clowns can kill them - I would caution you to just be aware that the other fish might be at risk due to the breathing in the original video

I will keep an eye on the breathing from the others.

In the scenario where they start showing symptoms, would it be best to follow some sort of internal parasite treatment?

Thank you

No I do not think its internal parasites - and it may very will just be aggression - however - its always prudent to monitor other fish in a tank - when one dies of an unclear illness - or one that may have multiple causes. In my experience, clowns that are 'bullied to death' are at the top of the tank - trying to 'hide' - while the attacking fish attempts to chase that fish every time it tries to go back into the tank. It's not a fish that is laying on its side on the bottom of the tank (unless you haven't been watching your fish for days).

I will continue to monitor, and I will reach out if I begin to notice anything abnormal from the others.

I had four clowns and down to three. All got along really well. I had one that was smaller and getting picked on. Put him in a breeding box for a few days and he was fine going back to the pack. In my limited experience, clowns have aggression issues but short attention spans. Supposedly aquacultered Ocellaris arent as agggressve as ones caught in the wild. I think the temprament of the female matters as well. The one I have has a really easy going and mellow disposition.

The one I had that died was of the larger males and got lost in the tank when I wasnt paying attention for a week. Overall the three I have left are all best buds. Sometimes even altering the rocks makes a difference or moving an item they are territorial over.

For me a few days quarantine did the trick. And he was pretty eager the whole time to get back with the others. But thats my anecdotal experience. Sometimes the break allows them to reset a bit. He's still the smallest but happy as can be.
