This chalice has been at my LFS for a few months and I have watched it color up and grow from un-bagging day to now. This past Saturday I went to the store to notice a large amount of the colony was stung and the store owner told me that he cut the dead parts off in an attempt to save it. However, since he does not do a lot with chalices, he was unsure if he actually saved the chalice. For this reason and the fact that I am a frequent customer he offered it to me for a price that I could not resist.

So my question is: Would you all who see chalices in your LFS's often consider this a common color combination for an aspera?

I have only personally seen 1-2 of these this color, but that dosent mean that there isn't more out there, I think its pretty uncommon, but I may be totaly wrong, but I like it A LOT.

Yea. I know it is not one of a kind or anything, but I am wondering if it is button polyp common to those that see multiple chalices every time they go in their LFS,hahahah, and thanks!
