Hi everyone, I picked up this coral from my LFS and was told the name but can no longer remember it. I was told it’s an encrusting LPS coral.
(It looks yellow on the picture but it is actually orange)

I agree. It’s closed up in the pic but a pic when it’s open would be useful to confirm.

It shouldn’t look matted down but hairy.

Definitely need a better pic, Id guess either plesiastrea or leptastera from what I can see so far, corallites look a bit too far apart for a leptastera which is why I mentioned plesiastrea as a possibility.
