Thats a shame. When I sell Corals I dont care if its carriers fault my fault or whoever fault. If the corals dont arrive live to the customer you will get a replacement corals when the weather or whatever gets better.

Some other vendors also do that. Just pick and choose who to deal with.

Just an FYI, all orders for this vendor go through the Milwaukee hub (unless they changed shipping again). I live in Arizona less than 6 hrs away from the vendor and it took 3 days to receive my order. Two out of the 5 items I ordered were alive, there was no compensation.

Not cool.

Well i had 3 packages I sent out this month delayed.they were all high end Acropora corsls. Either is because of the plane grounding due to snow and bad weather or just UPS marking it out for delivery just to no deliver it corals.

I know it is very frustrating so maybe holding off until the holiday pass is a smart move.
Good luck with your shipment
My last TWO anemone shipments with UPS were delayed.

Yup bad time to ship or recieve corals.
What I would do moving forward if the shipping is within my state or the neighboring states then the chances are the package will be delivered on time. Anything that goes thru Kentucky/ milwakee or Illinois UPS hubs are a no go in snowy/ windy weather.

I had no idea that aqua SD would take that long to ship out? Is that a normal thing?
I'm not sure, i got the corals on their auction site, but last time i did that they sent it out a week after auction.

All but one coral has polyps out (kinda) the anemones are all holding their footing good, especially the rock flower. The goniopora surprisingly is somewhat extended, the torch is good and one hammer is good (as far as of now) I'm using a uv flashlight to check them since lights are off. I'll give a hats off to aquasd for some resilient coral though.

They look good. Give them couple of days to acclimate and recover
