Small snails?

IMG_20150226_152935.jpg

I don't believe they are pods because they are not jumping around. They move like a snail but fairly fast.

Hmm are these nuisance like the red flat worms? I have flatworm exit and know how to use it. Should I consider this, or are these not anything to worry about?
