Current ramp timer pro! HELP!!!

Hey guys, I have recently bought the ramp timer pro by current. I love the light and I love the capability of programming. I am having a big problem trying to custom program the lighting schedule intensity moonlight affect etc. I have called the company to help walk you through it step-by-step because the directions are not clear and I have not gotten a return phone call. If anybody has this light, please help I will personally Chase quick pay them $10 to call me and walk me through step-by-step with the custom programming that I desire. I hope somebody can help me thanks guys.

Hi I have had my Current Ramp Timer Pro about three or so years, I've relocated and setting up my tank again but my light comes on with a P-03 I've replaced the battery but still nothing. Thinking remote is shot any thoughts. Eric B
