Dendronephthya & Scleronephthya aquaculture

One of the divers sent this. Gives me an idea who the purple spiky dendronephthya lives with.

Looks a little like some sort of Porites with the polyps partially extended... not sure.

Ordered this book a few days ago:

May help with Dendronephthya identification. Should arrive early next week!

That's expensive book. Heehee. But informative. Of all books, I need to get that one

Cool looking corals. The purple spiky one looks awesome. Looks like one of those spiky dryer balls!

Ahhh yes, isn't that the colonel's recipe? Maybe I just want some chicken...;Cyclops
The Colonels has 11 herbs & spices, I beat them by 10 more. :D

I tried to get the local library to get Walter Adey's book Dynamic Aquaria because its expensive. They said no, & I'm a tight**** as we say in Australia, so I guess I'll never get to read it.

I luckily managed to find a used copy on the cheap, but most seem to be $100+ because it's out of print now with no more editions planned. I can send photos of any Dendronephthya related pages, though.
