Ecosmart Live down?

Hey everyone, I know this is quite outdated but I have some gen 3 xr30's that I am trying to start back up. But, i can't even get ecosmart live website to work and the connection manager app won't even open. It goes to the main template page once I login, but I can't do anything after that, it's like the website is just gone. I have tried chrome and edge and it's the same result on both. I have the rf chips coming in later next week to upgreade the lights to mobius, but it seems that I'm just SOL until they come in.

That would suck. I also have gen 3s. I was in ecosmart live about a month ago, was working then. But that was a month ago...
I will see if I can get in after I get my kids put to bed and let you know.

awesome, thanks. I'm just trying to get them synced back up for the time being. but for clarification, this is what I see. I tried creating a new account, but then now its all screwed up and I can't click anything.

Yea it won't even read or open up my schedule for my radion, it's like the site is just crashing for me

update. I've now tried on three different computers and on two different networks and it still does the same thing.

Unfortunate update. It is still acting the same. The chip arrives in a few days so fingers crossed I won’t have to use ESL when upgrading.

I have a old xr30 g3. Any help trying to change the schedule on these would be greatly appreciated. I can log in to the website but that is about it. T
