What a perfect day to launch the shuttle today! :D

I was only 3 miles away. Had a good time at the space center as well....

That's great, I forgot about it tonight. All I have to do is watch it go up is to go in my front yard. No where as near as you was, but still a very good show.

but seriously though there were photographers with like 3 feet of lense!!!! It was insane...

man, i've always wanted to do that! :(

i've done the bus tour several times though. but i'm sure its nothing compared to the real thing. guess i'll never get to see it before they shut the program down in a couple years. :(

It is also great seeing them bring the shutle back from Texas when it lands there. One time when we was fishing we seen it. It made a couple circles overhead then landed.
