Just got these test results back a few weeks ago. Not too sure where to go from here, I dont really want to start dosing 20 different trace elements.

-Currently using Aquaforest Reef Salt
-Water changes rougly every 2 weeks
-Been battling Cyano for a couple months now too

Any tips/ideas? Thanks in advance IMG_1142.jpeg

Looking over your report, nothing really stands out. NO3 and PO4 are in a good range.
What size is your tank?
How long has the tank been up and running?
Are you sure it's cyano?

15 gallons. Been up and running for about 2.5 years. And yes, its red and slimy.

Besides the cyano, my corals grow fairly slow so my guess is that its the trace elements. Mostly softies in the tank and my hammer coral probably grows the fastest.

What lights are you running?
How is your flow?
What are your current NO3 and PO4 readings?

I would try Tropic Marin A and K trace elements, start at the minimum dose observe for 3-4 weeks and adjust from there.

I did do the FM 20 different bottles but TM A and K worked out lot better. At least corals responded to the TM mix lot better …

Good luck,

Disregard the NO3 and PO4. I know what it is.

Not sure what you mean by this comment............what are your current levels measured by you?

Softies like higher levels than most corals. If your P04 is close to zero I'd look to let them get to .10-.15 at the lowest.

If you're dosing Iron, stop........water changes is an easy way to reduce it with your small system.

I wouldn't bother dosing any elements with a tank that small.

Running a Kessile A80 for 9 hours a day. I have an AI Prime 16 that ive been meaning to set up. Flow is fine, i have a return plus a hygger mini so i dont think flow is an issue regarding the cyano, especially since the cyano is mostly in the higher flow areas.

I meant I knew what the levels are from looking at the ICP report.
