My 90-gallon tank has been in operation for over 12 years and is loaded with what someone (supposedly more knowledgeable than me) long ago told me were small feather dusters, so I haven't paid them much mind. I recently discovered the R2R forums and in browsing through the hitchhiker thread started questioning whether these are dusters or not. In fact, I'm wondering if these photos might show multiple critters. (And yes, I know that I have an issue with bubble algae, which I'm working on.)

The first photo shows what looks like feather dusters poking out of segmented tubes. These are all on the underside of my live rock.

Two other photos show straight tubes. Most are on the underside of live rock, but a small number of the straight tubes are on the tops and sides of the live rock and also show what appear to be tiny feather dusters poking out.

One of the photos has a large cluster of these tubes, but they're mostly clear with nothing poking out - maybe they're empty because their occupants died or moved?

I have a few of those bigger tubes that I'm pretty sure are vermetid snails, as they throw out a slimy web from time to time.

Any help on ID would be much appreciated.
