I recieved my first icp-oes analysis yesterday and had some questions. I have slightly elevated levels of boron and chromium, which they recommend 4 15% water changes over the next 4 weeks. They also recommend dosing a couple of other element that were lacking (I, Sr, Br, Mn). My question is, should i do the water changes, send in another sample, and then dose elements based off that analysis? Or add the elements, wait a few days and then start with the water changes? Leaning towards water changes and retest. Any feedback is greatly appreciated... Thanks.

Hi , I’m not sure if it’s correct .. but I always do my water change then I begin with any dosing .. I test every 2 months .. it’s worked for me so far .. and I’m happy with where my tank is at !!
