fishless fishtank i need some help

ok long story short i had a ich problem wipe my 29 so now i transferred it over to a 55 and im going to let it sit for 8 weeks fishless and let the parasite die. so i am a few weeks in and the empty tank is killing me so i was wondering could i keep some inverts and everything in the tank such as some shrimp and emerald crabs and some hermits etc etc and just feed them a little bit every once and a while and if so how much should i feed them? also is there any inverts your reccomend that move a good amount. i have a blue leg hermit and a snail in there now which the hermit is very active and the snail is not

You can keep inverts in a fallow tank with no issues.

i know that i just wanted to know how much i should feed them and how often and what are some good inverts to add

Just feed once a week. The bacteria will be fine.
