Is this just a normal nasarius? It was in my rock.

Normally nassarius snails are in sand, very hard to say from picture. Does your tank have sand or bare bottom?

The tank is bare and I intend to keep it that way. It seems to like being inside the rock more than anything else.

Hard to say, but I would guess a whelk if caribbean rock.

Rock is 100% from Florida. Welk huh? Any dangers of keeping a welk?

They are carnivores. They like to eat other things in shells and worms and such... You want to remove it.
