While cruising a local big box store for dry goods I noticed that they have jars of freeze dried cyclops, as well as mysis and a few other marine diets. How do these compare to something like reef roids?

I generally like to have an "offline" backup for any food item I start using, just in case it goes out of stock or gets delayed. And I always prefer to have a shelf stable alternative as well.

It's very powdery, yeah. Somewhere around the texture of something like a garlic powder.

I did eventually figure out how to find the analysis and it looks like they're "sorta close" in terms of contents, but of course reefroids has far more info provided.

Oh nice! That’s interesting, I’ve never seen that kinda powdery food; but I haven’t looked.

Just clearing my watched threads and could actually use something like this currently for my Chromis. Do you mind sharing the product name/brand?
