Help! Today my frog spawn is showing a shriveled up branch. The other frog spawn seems to be doing just fine. Is that bring jelly disease?

Often this happens with lighting and too much light, they expel their inner zooxanthellae and turn white/pale and too little light intensity , they get dark and even shrink. Also assure calcium not less than 400 and phosphates not elevated
