I was curious as to how long it would take new baby heads to grow into a full heads. I bought this frag and it has 3 baby heads on the stem (pic below) I’m excited to watch them grow but was curious as to what is a normal time frame to expect?

They take a really long time to grow from baby heads like that.

They usually split faster...however the baby heads are fun to watch get bigger!

In my experience, they grow pretty slowly and most don't survive the main heads will grow and split faster. As the main heads get bigger they will shadow the smaller ones so they are always competing for light. With that being said as your main branches grow and get bigger, you will be able to frag them. Once you are able to frag you can keep the main base and let the little ones thrive!

dang that stinks although that is still a good thing. The way it’s placed the babies are getting plenty of light. Maybe I won’t mount it to it’s finally spot until these grow in a bit more.
