OK here it is guys, my 550g prop system, etc I never thought this day would come but the construction industry has been in a decline for years and my time came once again to be laid off a few months ago and I have to get my finances in order the best I can.
I put everything together myself and trust me I spent weeks not hours piecing this system together and getting it how I wanted it. This was not just slammed together, a lot of planning and preparation was done prior to putting everything together. I will walk you through the pics as I documented a good part of the build. Most of these pics are from the beginning of march when I started it to mid april when I got everything online.
What’s included with approx. value if I were to part out
140g 59 x 30 x 18 converted lobster tank and stand $400
265g 48 x 44 x 29 Black Carson bin or whatever they are called $150
Steel Stand/enclosure around Carson Bin $300 I spent over $300 in material alone here (Steel, primer, paint)
(2)34g 48 x 12 ½ x 13 Acrylic tanks (1 with one divider in the middle, 1 with multiple dividers)$400 New $600+
31g 24 x 20 x 15 Look down tank (Many use these to display there clams) $250 New $350+This and both above were purchased brand new and only the bottom tank with a single divider had any livestock in it. The other 2 were only running with water the entire time. No scratches on any to my knowledge but definitely not the top 2
175 lbs LR $2/pound $350
300+ lbs live sand (Purchased new) $.50/lb $150
(2)Reeflo Darts 6 months use & Unknown use on the other $300
Reef Concepts Aerofoamer 830 Skimmer Rated for up to 1000g $300 $749 new (This is fed by T’ing off of the dart that feeds the 140g). These skimmers are very under rated in my opinion. See reviews here

72 x 24 x 72 Commercial rated racking for acrylic tanks with steel bracing across the supports that I added to evenly distribute tank weight $150 $250 new
All plumbing including bulkheads-everything was installed using ball valves on every feed and drain, unions throughout (Except for the Acrylic tank on top of the steel stand that was already sold but you can have the return plumbing) $200 $500+ new not including bulkheads
ATI Sunpower 6 x 54w w/ 3 month used bulbs $450
PFO 150w pendant and ballast w/ 1 month used bulb $100
All items based on an approx value that I believe is more than fair add up to $3500, as a package I will let it go for $2500

This stand was designed and built in two pieces to get it through the door, 10†long steel tubing was welded to the inside of the top portion and it slides into the bottom portion 5â€, you could put a truck on this thing. Lower rails prevent bowing and bulkhead leaks as well as structural support for the stand itself
3 coats of primer and 3 coats of paint
I had plans on using these tanks for softies and lps to minimize wars, could also be used for breeding and grow out.
