Doesn't really look like it to me either. How long have you had it? Maybe it just lost color in shipping? It seems to have the correct colors, just not as intense as usual. Is the picture taken with a flash, or is that what it looks like under your lighting?

pic was taken after all my lights went off and i fed them....i have had it for about 6 months......when i got it it was smaller than a pensil eraser.....it was doing good and then i ended up getting a alk spike and it died back to almost visable...i mean just a pink speck on the plug....so i babied it for about 5 months now....now it has 2 eyes and doing very well......when i got it it was very deep pink but it didnt have any green in the eyes...now it is starting to get the green in the eyes......

its slowly starting to show better color...... i was wondering since it died back so far maybe it was like a baby or something that was fully colored when it matures...

looks like it to me.... i would move it in higher light thou.... mine sits about midway down under radiums and loves it...;)

Yea my pink ******* looked like that when i first got it. In high light it's a very good grower for me.

It's hard to get a true color but does it look like a pail pink? Mine looked like that for about a month and started to get more vibrant as it got bigger and more use to my system.

Certainly looks like it could be the real deal. Given that you took the pics with lights off and probably with a flash then, the colors are probably not represented in full. Regardless, if it went through some major trauma, color loss would be expected. Additionally, Craze's Pink ******* isn't the exact same as the original Pink *******. Very similar, but it's from a different imported colony being sold by R. Negret for about 1/3 the price of the lineaged original. I would say you got what you paid for.

Definitely looks like the real thing to me. Mine looks a little like yours. It was pretty faded when I first got it and wasn't much pink to it, mostly blue but has since colored up nicely. I'll take a picture of mine later on so you can compare.

that would be great fab......... does anybody else have a pic of thier pink ******* ?....LOL..... maybe i should choose my works better.... coral that is

Here it is! Got it from Wet Thumb Frags and have it pretty high to the top on a frag rack. Lighting is 3- 39 watt blue+ and a fiji purple. I believe I read several times that it's a light lover.

Photo exposure, even camera angle can make the pink look different, never mind tank lighting (higher light = more bubblegum pink, lower light = more reddish pink).

Here's a frag of mine as an example:

lower photo exposure:

Hey Peter, your pb looks different then mine. So I'm guessing there are 2 different colonies of ******* out there circulating. Your eyes look yellow and green, are they?
